The location was pretty good, I reckon. Free pod coffee was available in both the room and reception.
The windows claimed to open. This was complete balderdash. They remained firmly shut the entire time

the staff was helpful and friendly, i was greeted with smiles every time i walked in. the location is fantastic, just a short walk from many attractions and public transport options. i found the nearby restaurants and shops very convenient. i really liked that they helped me with my luggage!
my room felt a bit outdated, some damages were visible. i think a refresh would definitely elevate the experience.

The hotel is near the heineken brewery, a boat tour dock, and the albert cuyp market. Such cool spots! i was able to easily rent bikes right at the hotel which i loved.
